Sec. 2874. Notification to Members of Congress for awards of contracts for military construction projects

Not later than 30 days after the date of award of a contract for a military construction project, the Secretary of the military department with jurisdiction over such project shall notify the following Members of Congress: Any Member representing the State in which such contract will be performed. Any Member representing the State in which the contractor awarded such contract is a constituent of such Member. A notification under subsection
(a)shall include the following: The proposed value of the contract. The contractor awarded the contract. A brief description of the project that is the subject of the contract, including the location in which the contract will be performed.
