Section 2697 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in the section heading, by striking ; and domestic in subsection (a), by striking domestic . Effective October 1, 2027, such section 2697 is amended— in the section heading, by inserting before domestic ; and military airfields in subsection (a), by inserting domestic before military airfields .
