Section 161 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ; 10 U.S.C. 3453 note) is amended— in the section heading, by striking ; used in subsection (a)(1), by inserting new, before used ; and in subsection (b)(2), by inserting , or from a certified production approval holder pursuant to part 21 of title 14, Code of Federal Regulations before the period at the end.
