Section 205(a) of the Helen Keller National Center Act ( 20 U.S.C. 1904(a) ) is amended by striking fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting fiscal years 2024 through 2028 . Section 206(2)(B) of the Helen Keller National Center Act ( 29 U.S.C. 1905(2)(B) ) is amended by striking or obtaining vocational objectives and inserting or obtaining competitive integrated employment (as defined in section 3 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( . 29 U.S.C. 3102 )) Section 207 of the Helen Keller National Center Act ( 29 U.S.C. 1906 ) is amended by striking the Helen Keller Services for the Blind, Incorporated and inserting Helen Keller Services .

Section 208(h) of the Helen Keller National Center Act ( 29 U.S.C. 1907(h) ) is amended by striking fiscal years 1999 through 2003 and inserting fiscal years 2024 through 2028 .
