In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior $18,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028, to remain available until expended, for use, in accordance with section 201 of the Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 2003 ( 43 U.S.C. 373d ), for the Native American Affairs Technical Assistance Program of the Bureau of Reclamation for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024.
