Chapter 9 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by repealing section 222a; by repealing section 222b; and in the table of sections at the beginning of the chapter, by striking the items relating to sections 222a and 222b. Section 2806 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (division B of Public Law 115–91 ; 10 U.S.C. 222a note) is hereby repealed. Section 4716 of the Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2756 ) is hereby repealed. The table of contents at the beginning of the Atomic Energy Defense Act is amended by striking the item relating to section 4716.
