Section 319C–1(h)(1)(A) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 247d–3a(h)(1)(A)) is amended by striking $685,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 and inserting $1,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028 .
