Section 319I(a) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 247d–7b ) is amended by striking Not later than 12 months after the date of enactment of the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act, the Secretary shall link existing State verification systems to maintain and inserting The Secretary shall continue to maintain . Section 319I(k) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 247d–7b(k)) is amended by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2024 through 2028 .
