None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be obligated or expended until each agency reinstates and applies the telework policies, practices, and levels of the agency as in effect on December 31, 2019, within thirty days after the date of enactment of this Act. In this section— the term “agency” has the meaning given that term in section 105 of title 5, United States Code; and the term “telework” has the meaning given in section 6501 of such title, and includes remote work.
