Sec. 5. Advisory committee on the accessibility of certain information

Not later than January 1, 2025, the Secretary of Labor (in this section referred to as the Secretary ) shall convene an Advisory Committee (in this section referred to as the Committee ) consisting of 9 members to advise the Secretary on how to improve the accessibility and usability of information made available in accordance the amendments made by section 3 and by section 204 of division BB of the Consolidated Appropriation Act, 2021 ( Public Law 116–260 ), streamline the reporting of such information, and ensure that such information fully meets the needs of employers, patients, researchers, regulators, and purchasers.
The Secretary shall appoint members representing end-users of the information described in subsection (a). Vacancies on the Committee shall be filled by appointment consistent with this subsection not later than 3 months after the vacancy arises. The Committee established under this section shall terminate on January 1, 2028.
