Of the unobligated balances from amounts made available in section 50131 of Public Law 117–169 , $1,000,000,000 are hereby permanently rescinded. Of the unobligated balances from amounts made available in section 50122 of Public Law 117–169 , $4,500,000,000 are hereby permanently rescinded. Of the unobligated balances from amounts made available in section 50123 of Public Law 117–169 , $200,000,000 are hereby permanently rescinded.
