There is appropriated $3,000,000 for the emergency and transitional pet shelter and housing assistance grant program established under section 12502(b) of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 ( 34 U.S.C. 20127 ). Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the total amount rescinded in section 745 is increased by $3,000,000.
