Funds made available in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018 ( Public Law 115–141 ) for the Rural Community Facilities Program Account under section 306 of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act, 7 U.S.C. 1926 , for the principal amount of direct loans are to remain available through fiscal year 2028 for the liquidation of valid obligations incurred in fiscal year 2018.
