Of the unobligated balances from amounts made available for fiscal year 2023 or prior fiscal years under the heading Department of Health and Human Services—Indian Health Service—Indian Health Services for costs related to or resulting from accreditation emergencies, $90,000,000 are hereby rescinded: That no amounts may be rescinded from amounts that were designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the Budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
