Section 1701 of division B of the Extending Government Funding and Delivering Emergency Assistance Act ( 5 U.S.C. 5547 note), as amended by Public Law 117–103 , is further amended— in subsection (a)(1), by striking the last sentence and inserting Any Services during a given calendar year that generate payments payable in the subsequent calendar year shall be disregarded in applying this subsection ; and in subsections (a), (b), and
(c)by inserting or 2024 after or 2023 each place it appears.
