None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be made available to enforce the restrictions outlined under the headings Visits and Travel (regarding limitations on Travel to Taiwan ) and Communications (regarding limitations on Name , Symbols of Sovereignty , and Correspondence ) in the Department of State's June 29, 2021, Memorandum for All Department and Agency Executive Secretaries entitled Revised Guidelines on Interacting with Taiwan .
