No head of a Federal agency may carry out— Executive Order 14076 entitled Protecting Access to Reproductive Healthcare Services and issued on July 8, 2022; or Executive Order 14079 entitled Securing Access to Reproductive and Other Healthcare Services and issued on August 3, 2022. No Federal funds, including any funds made available under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022 ( Public Law 117–103 ), may be used to implement, administer, or enforce— Executive Order 14076 entitled Protecting Access to Reproductive Healthcare Services and issued on July 8, 2022; or Executive Order 14079 entitled Securing Access to Reproductive and Other Healthcare Services and issued on August 3, 2022.
