Section 44918(b) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph
(4)by striking Neither and inserting Except as provided in paragraph (8), neither ; and by adding at the end the following: An air carrier with a crew member participating in the training program under this subsection shall provide a process through which each such crew member may obtain reasonable accommodations. .
