Section 40117(l) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in the subsection heading by striking and inserting Pilot Program ; and Alternative procedures by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: In lieu of submitting an application under subsection (c), an eligible agency may impose a passenger facility charge in accordance with the procedures under this subsection subject to the limitations of this section. .
