Not later than 18 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General shall conduct a study on transit access to airports and submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report on the results of such study. In carrying out the study under subsection (a), the Comptroller General shall review public transportation access to commercial service airports throughout the United States, including accessibility and other potential barriers for individuals.
