Section 429 of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 (49 U.S.C. 42301 prec. note) is amended— by transferring such section to appear after section 41726 of title 49, United States Code; by redesignating such section as section 41727 of such title; and by amending the section heading of such section to read as follows: .
