Section 47136(c) of title 49, United States Code is amended— by striking applicants that will and inserting the following: applicants that— will ; by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: provide a long-term management plan for eligible vehicles and equipment that includes the existing and future infrastructure requirements of the airport related to such vehicles and equipment. .
