Section 47107(t)(2) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph
(A)by striking the date of enactment of this subsection and inserting October 7, 2016 ; and by striking subparagraph
(D)and inserting the following: that— supports the operation of military aircraft by the Air Force or Air National Guard— at the airport; or remotely from the airport; or is for the use of nonaeronautical land or facilities of the airport by the National Guard. .
