Section 46301(a)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)by striking $25,000 and inserting $75,000 . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply to violations occurring on or after the date of enactment of this Act. The Secretary shall revise such regulations as necessary to conform to the amendment made by subsection (a).
