It is the sense of Congress that— a regularly scheduled panel of experts should reexamine and provide an updated list of mandated contents of onboard emergency medical kits that is thorough and practical, keeping passenger safety and well-being paramount; and such panel should consider including on the list of mandated contents of such medical kits, at a minimum, opioid overdose reversal medication.
