Section 48102(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph
(15)by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; and by striking paragraph
(16)and inserting the following: $280,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $311,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $323,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $334,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $345,000,000 for fiscal year 2028. .
