(F)and
(G)as subparagraphs
(G)and (H), respectively; and by inserting after subparagraph
(E)the following new subparagraph: aviation weather phenomena, including atmospheric composition and turbulence, to improve scientific understanding and forecast capabilities for the airspace system; .
