Within 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development shall prepare and submit, to the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate, a written report on— the feasibility and advisability of expanding development projects under section 106(e) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to include multilateral cooperation among the United States, Israel, and regional Arab partners that promote new development projects, including in Africa; and the need for additional resources to do so.
