The unobligated balances of amounts made available by section 2101(a) of Public Law 117–2 are hereby permanently rescinded, with the exception of $1,892,718 for the Office of the Solicitor within the Departmental Management account and amounts allocated for the Office of Inspector General under paragraph
(2)of subsection
(b)of such section.
