Section 214(g)(9)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1184(g)(9)(A) ) is amended— by striking fiscal year 2013, 2014, or 2015 and inserting 1 of the 3 preceding fiscal years ; and by striking fiscal year 2016 and inserting a fiscal year . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect during the fiscal year in which it is enacted.
