Upon satisfying the conditions set forth in subsection
(b)and thereby successfully completing the Dignity Program, the participant may choose— to receive Dignity status under this section; or to register for the Redemption Program under subtitle B. The conditions set forth in this subsection for successful completion of the Dignity Program are as follows: Compliance with all requirements of subsection (b)(1). Compliance with all requirements of subsection (b)(2). Compliance with the requirement of subsection (b)(3) for the entire period of the participation in the Dignity Program. The status under this section— shall be valid for a period of 5 years; may be renewed any number of times; and shall provide the alien with— lawful status as a nonimmigrant; authorization for employment; and the ability to reenter the United States any number of times. Upon completion of the requirements of the Dignity Program, an applicant may choose to register for the Redemption Program under subtitle B.
