There are authorized to be appropriated to the Administration to carry out section 901— $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $21,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $22,050,000 for fiscal year 2026; $23,152,500 for fiscal year 2027; and $24,310,125 for fiscal year 2028. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Administration $1,000,000 to carry out section 902.
