Section 501(a)(1) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 34 U.S.C. 10152(a)(1) ) is amended— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking or civil proceedings ; and by striking subparagraph (I). Section 501 of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 34 U.S.C. 10152 ) is amended by striking subsection (h). dating relationship Section 921(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (33)(A)(ii)— by striking by a person similarly and inserting or by a person similarly ; and by striking , or by a person who has a current or recent former dating relationship with the victim ; and by striking paragraph (37). Section 921(a)(33) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking subparagraphs

(C)and inserting subparagraph
(C); and by striking subparagraph (C). Section 8526 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7906 ) is amended— in paragraph (5), by inserting or at the end; in paragraph (6), by striking ; or at the end and inserting a period; and by striking paragraph (7).
