Section 658O(b) of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 9858m(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(B), by striking school lunch factor and inserting economically disadvantaged students factor ; and by amending paragraph
(3)to read as follows: In this subsection, the term economically disadvantaged students factor means the ratio of the number of children in the State who are economically disadvantaged students (as identified under a measure described in section 1113(a)(5) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6313(a)(5) )) to the number of such children in all the States as determined annually by the Secretary of Education. .
