Section 45Z is repealed. Section 13704 of Public Law 117–169 is amended by striking subsection (b). The table of sections for subpart D of part IV of subchapter A of chapter 1 is amended by striking the item relating to section 45Z. The amendments made by this section shall apply to transportation fuels produced after the date of the enactment of this section.
