Section 13 of the Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation Act ( 20 U.S.C. 5609 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking 2023 and inserting 2029 ; in subsection (b), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking 2023 and inserting 2029 ; and in subsection (c), by striking 5-fiscal year period and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting 5-fiscal year period beginning with fiscal year 2025. .
