Any non-Federal entity receiving funds provided in this or any other appropriations Act for fiscal year 2024 that are specified in the disclosure table submitted in compliance with clause 9 of rule XXI of the Rules of the House of Representatives or Rule XLIV of the Standing Rules of the Senate that is included in the report or explanatory statement accompanying any such Act shall be deemed to be a recipient of a Federal award with respect to such funds for purposes of the requirements of 2 CFR 200.334, regarding records retention, and 2 CFR 200.337, regarding access by the Comptroller General of the United States.
Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit, amend, supersede, or restrict in any manner any requirements otherwise applicable to non-Federal entities described in paragraph
(1)or any existing authority of the Comptroller General.
