Section 6(o)(6) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2015(6)(o)(6)) is amended by adding at end the following: During fiscal year 2024 and each subsequent fiscal year, nothing in this paragraph shall be interpreted to allow a State agency to accumulate unused exemptions to be provided beyond the subsequent fiscal year. .
