Section 2(a)(19) of the Securities Act of 1933 ( 15 U.S.C. 77b(a)(19) ) is amended— by striking $1,000,000,000 each place such term appears and inserting $1,500,000,000 ; in subparagraph (B)— by striking fifth and inserting 7-year ; and by adding or at the end; in subparagraph (C), by striking ; or and inserting a period; and by striking subparagraph (D). Section 3(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ( 15 U.S.C. 78c(a) ) is amended, in the first paragraph
