In this title: The term Director means the Director of the Office. The term national strategic action plan means the national strategic action plan published pursuant to section 102(b)(1). The term Office means the Office of Climate Change and Health Equity established by section 102(a)(1). The term Secretary means the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
