Section 10305(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking consists of and inserting shall have voting members, who shall be before officers ; by redesignating paragraphs
(1)through
(3)as subparagraphs
(A)through (C), respectively; by inserting before
(1)The committee ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The committee shall have four nonvoting members, who shall be the Chief Master Sergeants of the Air Force, the Air Force Reserve, the Air National Guard, and the Space Force. A nonvoting member who cannot attend a meeting of the committee may designate a member in the grade of E-8 or E-9 to attend in their stead. .
