Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the House of Representatives and the Senate the results of a study on TRICARE payments to TRICARE network behavioral professionals. The study shall include a comprehensive analysis of the following elements: The timeliness of such payments. The accuracy of such payments. The extent to which contractors comply with section 6.2.1 of the TRICARE Operations Manual. Areas of improvement that would enhance and improve the administrative process of such payments.
