Section 2815 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating subsections
(e)and
(f)as subsections
(f)and (g), respectively; and by inserting after subsection (d), the following new subsection: In carrying out this section, the Secretary concerned shall prioritize projects that improve federally owned infrastructure that provides the sole means of ingress to and egress from a facility determined to be critical to the national security interests of the United States, as determined by the Secretary of Defense. .
