Section 2805(a)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting or a demolition project after is a military construction project . Section 2805 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(2), by striking the dollar figure and inserting $9,000,000 ; in subsection (c), by striking the dollar figure and inserting $4,000,000 ; and in subsection (d)— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (A), by striking the dollar figure and inserting $9,000,000 ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking the dollar figure and inserting $9,000,000 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking the dollar figure and inserting $9,000,000 .
Section 2805(f) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking the dollar figure and inserting $14,000,000 ; and by striking paragraph (3). No later than 270 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the impacts of inflation over time on the utility of the authority to carry out unspecified minor military construction projects under section 2805 of title 10, United States Code.
