Sec. 223. Pilot program on access to small business advanced technology for Army ground vehicle systems

Beginning not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall carry out a pilot program under which the Secretary seeks to establish an arrangement between the U.S. Army Ground Vehicle Systems Center and a non-profit research institute operating a contested logistics research center to enhance access to small business advanced technology through a Defense Commercial Solutions Opening contract entered into under section 3458 of title 10, United States Code. The authority to carry out the pilot program under this section shall terminate five years after the date of the enactment of this Act.
