Sec. 2204. Extension of authority to carry out certain fiscal year 2019 Navy military construction projects

Notwithstanding section 2002 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (division B of Public Law 115–232 ; 132 Stat. 2240), the authorizations set forth in the table in paragraph (2), as provided in section 2201 of that Act (132 Stat. 2244), shall remain in effect until October 1, 2024, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2025, whichever is later. The table referred to in paragraph
(1)is as follows: Navy: Extension of 2019 Project Authorizations State/Country Installation or Location Project Original Authorized Amount Bahrain SW Asia Fleet Maintenance Facility and TOC $26,340,000 North Carolina Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune 2nd Radio BN Complex, Phase 2 $51,300,000 South Carolina Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort Recycling/Hazardous Waste Facility $9,517,000 Washington Bangor Pier and Maintenance Facility $88,960,000 Notwithstanding section 2002 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (division B of Public Law 115–232 ; 132 Stat. 2240), the authorization set forth in the table in paragraph (2), as provided in section 2810 of that Act (132 Stat. 2266), shall remain in effect until October 1, 2024, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2025, whichever is later.
