The Secretary of Defense shall conduct a study on damage to infrastructure in Guam resulting from Typhoon Mawar. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, such Secretary shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report that includes— the findings of such study; a list of each component of civilian infrastructure in Guam damaged by Typhoon Mawar, and the extent to which such damage impairs military readiness in Guam; an analysis of existing authorities such Secretary could use to support recovery from such damage in Guam; and a description of efforts, if any, of such Secretary to coordinate with municipal governments in Guam to support such recovery.
