Subsection (a)(5) of section 526a of title 10, United States Code, is amended in by striking 21 and inserting 25 . Subsection (b)(2)(E) of such section is amended by striking 6 and inserting 10 . Section 501(a)(3) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 10 U.S.C. 525 note) is amended— by striking positions authorized by paragraph

(2)and inserting positions designated under subsection (b)(1) of section 526a of title 10, United States Code ; and by striking 30 and inserting 22 .
