Section 377 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 ( Public Law 117–263 ; 136 Stat. 2542; 10 U.S.C. 2476 note) is amended by striking that applies and inserting that— applies a material end of period exclusion; and excludes from the calculated carryover amount the proceeds of any foreign military sale. .
