Sec. 1537. Report on technology modernization for the Army Human Resources Command 2030 Transformation Plan

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the Human Resources Command 2030 Transformation Plan of the Army that includes— an estimated timeline for the completion of the implementation milestones of the Plan; and an identification of future resource needs relating to the modernization of legacy information technology systems. In this section, the term legacy information technology system has the meaning given the term in section 1076 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 40 U.S.C. 11301 note).
